Our Robotic Arms and Vacuum Elevators are the perfect upgrade/replacement for Hine Design and Asyst robotics. The command set for our robotic components are fully compatible with systems already in use, making the upgrade transparent to the controller.

Replacement for Vacuum Robotic Arms:
HA 5.0V Hine Automation’s Vacuum Robotic Arms are the next generation Vacuum SCARA Robots. Designed as the central handling robot for Hine’s Constellation systems, the HA-5.0V can be integrated with any vacuum cluster system. Arm segments and end-effectors of the HA-5.0 can be easily customized to meet nearly any OEM requirement. Thanks to its ferrofluidic rotary seals, harmonic drive brushless DC motors, and high strength undercarriage, the HA-5.0 Vacuum Robotic Arm transfers substrates with high precision and repeatability within high vacuum environments. The HA-5.0 features identical command sets and form factor as the vacuum robotic arm manufactured previously by Hine Design® and can be used as a replacement for the 4.5 model.

Replacement for Vacuum Elevators:
The HA-50V Hine Automation’s Vacuum Elevators are the next generation Random Access Vacuum Elevators that can be integrated into any cassette load port or process module requiring vertical motion. Thanks to its stainless steel bellows, brushless DC motor and its proven design, Hine’s Vacuum Elevators provide precise substrate indexing capabilities within high vacuum environments. High strength undercarriage and precision guides allow Hine’s elevators to be integrated in applications requiring handling of heavy payloads. The HA-50V features identical command sets and form factor as the vacuum elevator manufactured previously by Hine Design® and can be used as a replacement for the 48V model.
