The Constellation HA-400 is a vacuum transfer system with four facets, supporting three process modules and one cassette load port. A long-standing customer required one of these systems for an application with a customized buffer station. A solution with an aggressive delivery target date was required, and Hine delivered the HA-400 system on time.
