Edmond Richards, Founder
Edmond (Ed) Richards has been involved in the High Tech equipment industry for more than 35 years. In 2009, Ed joined Jeff Cole to form Hine Automation. The invaluable experience gained from working with companies like Plasma-Therm and Electro Mechanical Solutions helped solidify the wealth of systems and engineering experience Ed brings to Hine Automation.
Jeffrey Cole, Founder
Jeffrey (Jeff) Cole helped found Hine Automation in 2009. Prior to Hine Automation, he held multiple positions at Plasma-Therm and served as President of Electro Mechanical Solutions where he directed operations. In his initial role with Electro Mechanical Solutions, Jeff was a key member of the engineering department and led the company to IS0 9000 certification.
Scott Craver, CEO
Scott Craver has over 20 years of experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, business development, customer service, and operations. In 2013, Scott joined Hine Automation as General Manager with responsibility for all aspects of the business including Operations, Marketing and Business Development. Before this, Scott held multiple roles supporting the significant growth and development of a leading U.S.-based semiconductor plasma-processing equipment supplier.
Karl Pearson, Director of Operations
Karl joined Hine in 2015 bringing with him 20+ years of Operational Management experience in the Semiconductor industry. Karl has a diverse background with experience depth in Materials, Service, Manufacturing along with a strong background in Lean implementations. Prior to Hine, Karl held management positions at Brooks Automation, Motorola and Eaton Corporation (Axcelis). Pearson has additional experience working in HPHT, single crystal growth, where he held the position of SVP of Operations and Technology. Pearson has a BSMET from the University of Massachusetts.
